Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell fire pits and fire zones — Corten and steel wood fire pits, a portable fire bowl, a fire pit with grill, gas fire pit tables, a steel chiminea and a complete fire-pit lounge zone, with the tools, firelighters and spark guards to go with them. The fuel (wood or gas), material and what is included are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Fire safety

A fire pit or chiminea produces open flame, great heat and sparks, and is for outdoor use only. Set it on a non-combustible base, keep the stated clearance from buildings, fences, furniture, overhanging branches and anything flammable, and never use it indoors, under a canopy or a pergola roof. Never leave a lit fire unattended, keep children and pets well back, and extinguish it fully before leaving. Gas models need the correct regulator and bottle and a leak check before first use. Check your local rules on open fires and burning bans. CE marked where applicable.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
